Liberace had the Dancing Waters; director Jung Byung-gil has the Dancing Carotids, crimson aerosols accompanied by the sssssss sound that signifies somebody’s tank will soon be empty.
The film’s intricately choreographed! Not only that, but a diminutive adolescent.
