How we tested

We used complex documents to test compatibility with Microsoft Office, as Microsoft formats continue to dominate the world of work internationally. Every app would have to make the most of native macOS features to score well, while also making it easy for us to share our work with other users. Tests were conducted on a late 2012 Mac mini and early 2015 MacBook.
