Barr not ready to give Congress Mueller's 'principal conclusions' in Russia investigation

WASHINGTON - Attorney General William Barr apparently decided he was not ready Saturday to provide Congress with a summary of the "principal conclusions" from the Russia investigation.

Barr received a confidential report from special counsel Robert Mueller Friday, and he subsequently released a letter to senior members of Congress saying he might give them information about the report as soon as this weekend.
