FOREST OF TREASURE

Marathons, bike races, open water swims, triathlons, biathlons, and adventure races have all in my past afflicted vengeance on me. I think by now I have earned the right to choose my source of pain.

I live in the picturesque forests, mountains and valleys of the rural Hhohho region in eSwatini [formerly Swaziland]. What better way of exercising than exploring the nooks and crannies of this beautiful area.

It is difficult to justify simply saying you are off to explore, so my cover is that I’m trail running. To support this cover, one must look spritely when leaving home and again
