Restrictive EATING

It’s a Friday, and all your friends are over for games night. Someone is on the phone ordering take-away for dinner and another has just taken the cork off a bottle of wine. And there’s a slab of chocolate for dessert. Your stomach is curling and churning.

You can’t eat take-away because you are running in the morning, and the excuse is that it makes you bloat when you run. Sorry – you politely decline. The glass of wine sits, untouched. The chocolate is passed around and skips you. You’re being healthy. You eat well.
