Let’s go OUTSIDE

Have you had your vitamin N today? No, you won’t find it in your fridge, fruit bowl, or even in your medicine cabinet – this added extra is all around us and it’s just as important for us as vitamins A, B and C. Vitamin Nature is a must.

But, according to Swedish dairy brand Lindahls, who have created a flat-pack backpack gym to encourage people to get outside and get active, we’re not venturing outdoors enough to reap the benefits. Results showed that a staggering 50% of us Brits spend less than an hour outside every day (the recommended daily intake is around two hours), meaning half of us are missing out on some serious health and wellbeing rewards.
