    Hi, Emile. You’ve got the greatest middle name of all time: Ivanhoe. How do you feel about your parents’ unusual choice?

    They were looking at those knights of the round table, and they must have decided that Ivanhoe was the right one for me. I don’t mind it. It’s your middle name, so nobody really uses it. My younger brother got called Revelino [sic], after the Brazilian footballer, so mine was OK.

    Do you enjoy embarrassing your own kids?

    No, I don’t like embarrassing people, because it’s not something I like to experience myself. I leave all that to my wife,
