900ml coconut cream, plus extra 100ml
125g grated palm sugar, plus extra 100g, to serve
100g caster sugar Pinch of ground cinnamon ¾ whole nutmeg, finely grated, plus extra, to serve
Finely grated zest of 2 limes Juice of 1 lime
10 fresh mint
