Low-carb Chicken Burgers with Cloud Bread (gf, v)
This low-carb ‘bread’ makes a great base for these tasty petite burgers. The bread is best after it has softened in the fridge, so make it ahead if you can.
8 free-range chicken thighs
olive oil for roasting
Portuguese chicken seasoning to sprinkle
