    Candyland Rainbow Cake

    Serves 16, Prep and Cook: 2 hours

    2 x 440g packets golden buttercake mix
    Liquid pink, blue and yellow food colouring
    Electric orange food colouring gel
    300g packet marshmallow twists
    Edible rainbow sprinkles, assorted lollipops, lollipop cake toppers, Love Notes candy and love heart lollies, to decorate

    FROSTING

    250g unsalted butter, chopped, at room temperature
    1½ cups icing sugar mixture
    1 tblsp milk

    1 Grease two x 20cm round cake pans. Line bases and sides with baking paper, extending paper 2cm above pan edges.
