The bakkie market is a fickle thing. Take a look at the following figures of bakkies sold in South Africa in October 2019: Toyota Hilux 4 377, Ford Ranger 1 806, Isuzu D-Max 1 372, Mahindra Scorpio Pik-Up 286, VW Amarok 87, Nissan Navara 151, Mazda BT-50 13, Fiat Fullback 5. The Mitsubishi Triton fits into this near the bottom with 32 units sold, and this seems very unfair.
