Last year, Thunberg’s image went viral after she was snapped standing alone as a one-person protest outside of the Swedish Parliament, and subsequently delivering a poised address to the United Nations. In 2019, Thunberg has inspired a new generation in the fight against climate inaction, sparking teen-led protests in every major city across the world.
