BROWNIE GOURMET SUNDAE
MAKES 4 SUNDAES PREPARATION: 15 MIN PLUS COOKING TIME FOR BROWNIES
store-bought brownie premix
80g dark chocolate, melted
1,5 litres ice cream
TOPPINGS
caramel sweets
chocolate sticks
chocolate balls
rainbow sprinkles
readymade chocolate sauce
1 Keep four jug glasses handy.
2 Prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions. Cool completely and cut into small squares.
3 Dip the rim of each glass in the melted chocolate and leave to harden.
4 Put a few brownie squares in each glass and equally divide half of the ice cream among the 4 glasses. Repeat the layers and end with brownies on top.
