DATA IS POWER. We’ve long known that good insights can make or break the success of a business or a project. But I’m often surprised to see businesses who aren’t engaging with their customers through the use of data.

I’m talking about more than building your database to send your monthly newsletters to (though this can be a good way to keep in touch).
