Dié klassieke sop uit Noord-Afrika word gekenmerk deur die geure van kaneel, koljander en komyn. Ek voeg biltong by om al daardie geure groter te maak.
genoeg vir 6-8
60 ml olyfolie
1 ui, fyngekap
5 ml fyn koljander 10 ml fyn komyn
5 ml kaneel
500 g lamsvleisblokkies
2 x400 g-blikke gekapte tamaties
50 g split-ertjies
1 000 ml beesaftreksel
150 g gesnyde biltong met baie vet
1 x 400 g-blik kekerertjies ( chick peas )
sout en varsgemaalde swartpeper
hand vol koljanderblare, fyngekap
Verhit olyfolie
