Ready to roll a mobile organic kitchen

What led you to organic food?

Lewis and I have been talking and dreaming about our own venture with organic food for the last five years. We’ve been waiting for an opportunity to share our passion for wholesome organic food and do something we feel will be contributing to the urgent need of healing our earth.

Lewis has been a chef for 15 years. It’s a profession he has loved but become increasingly dissatisfied with, as we have realised the amounts of chemicals in food and their effects on health.

What organic ingredients do you use, and where are they from?

Almost all our ingredients are organic: fruit, vegetables, herbs, grains, flours, pulses and coconut oil. We also use one certified 100% spray-free baker’s flour for a cheaper option bread for our customers.
