I had brought a small instant camera along and was taking loads of photos, determined to document the beautiful things we were seeing along the way. When we got to Tassie I went to get the photos developed and found out that the camera was broken–not a single shot turned out. I was gutted but headed straight to the nearest pawnbrokers and purchased my first SLR.
