CHOCOLATE MINI CONES
MAKES 1l ICE CREAM AND 10 CONES READY IN 1 HR 10 MIN + SETTING

500ml best-quality store-bought vanilla custard
300ml double-thick cream
300g milk chocolate
For the cones
2 large egg whites
90g icing sugar
3 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
120g plain flour
30g unsalted butter, melted
For the dippings
100g each milk and white chocolate, melted
5 tbsp sesame seeds or finely chopped nuts
