I think exercise doesn't need to be necessarily an “all or nothing” commitment. If you haven't exercised consistently before, or you've tried a certain exercise program in the past and have not been able to stick with it, it's important not to set unrealistic goals. Focus on an activity you feel comfortable with and enjoy doing (anything from dancing to your favourite music or going for a leisurely hike. Whatever the activity, get your cardio in and heart rate pumping! I aim for 70 percent of my ultimate fat-burning zone of 185, which is about 130 beats per minute).
