Lori-Ann how long have you been training and how did you get started?

I started Body Construct in 2011 but before that I was training a few girls for a couple years, I would say a total of 10 years. I have been in the fitness industry myself for 13 years. I got started when I had a few dental hygiene friends ask me to train them. I was a dental hygienist while training to keep myself in shape for fitness modelling. I was writing for magazines out of passion and modelling on the side. I was training women outdoors or in my basement. I noticed I had a passion to help transform their bodies.
