RATIONALE TO legalise trade

Douglas Wise MA, PhD, Vet MB, MRCVS is a retired lecturer in Animal Management and Nutrition at Cambridge University Veterinary School.

Dr Wise served as trustee of the Game and Wildlife Conservancy Trust and also served on several of its research planning committees. He is a member of the Veterinary Association of Wildlife Management.
