Background: Optus’ launch of the new Samsung Galaxy S10 smartphone was one of its key handset launches of the year. With a large proportion of Samsung customers coming off contract between February and June and showing high intent to switch and consider Optus, there was a need to position Optus as the smarter choice for Samsung’s tech-savvy target audience.
