It’s hard enough being a teenage girl – it’s even harder when you have trouble seeing, hearing, walking or doing certain tasks for yourself.

But for most of these girls, their biggest problem isn’t the physical disability itself. The bigger disability actually comes from the way they can be treated, which makes it so much harder for them to be their best selves.

As a society, we aren’t taught about what it’s like to have a disability and there is very little representation of people with disability in the media. Plus, our society is generally designed for able-bodied people and isn’t super inclusive
