lone in the backyard of a lifestyle block, sitting under some tōtara trees half covered with a canvas cover, sat a beautiful old caravan. Getting on in age, she seemed to be a little past her prime with her beauty definitely fading. Born in the late fifties, this caravan had spent most of its life at the southern end of Lake Taupō hidden under the lower storey of a bach and used as overflow accommodation.
