    Flawed laws on the rise

    WELL FOLKS, things are a bit disorganised in this scribe’s life at present.

    I have been under the pump through health issues, and the project truck decided to go off sick the other day. I guess that’s always on the cards when one buys a pig in a poke.

    All the drama has caused me to misread my editorial deadlines and consequently, what should have been put together days ago is being done at the last minute. People like me with big mouths should be better organised.
