¾ pound thick-cut applewood-smoked bacon
½ cup minced onion
1 pound lean ground beef
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon dried parsley
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon kosher salt
4 slices sharp Cheddar cheese
4 pretzel buns, halved and toasted
Lettuce, tomato slices, Beer Pickles (recipe on page 93), ketchup, mustard, and mayonnaise, to serve
