His face looks blank. Then confused. “A social media business?” He repeats politely, the air thick with unspoken questions: When Tanzania is on power rationing? When only a fraction of our population can access the internet? When the majority does not have sufficient food?

Instead, he smiles inscrutably and says: “Well, your parents will be happy to see you.”
