The stylish Duke University alumnus – who hit the headlines when she tied the knot in a lavish ceremony with her long-time love, Apollo Group Chairman, Prathap C Reddy’s grandson, Harshad – shifted her focus from the economics and economies of the world to focus on her love for art and design.
