Waddling into the rehoming centre, poor Darla’s tum was almost dragging on the floor.
It was October 2019, and the 1-year-old Staffordshire bull terrier was heavily pregnant.
She was due any day, and we had no idea how many pups she might have.
Her owners brought her to us at the Blue Cross rehoming centre
