CREAMY CHICKEN & BROCCOLI PASTA
SERVES 4
INGREDIENTS
• 375g fettuccine
• 500g broccoli florets
• 1½ cups frozen peas, thawed
• ½ barbecued chicken, shredded
• 300ml thickened cream
METHOD
Cook fettuccine in a large saucepan Return pasta, broccoli, peas and reserved water to saucepan. Add chicken and cream. Bring to a simmer on medium heat. Toss to combine and season to taste.
