750ml (3c) water200g penne pastapinch of saltoil200g asparagus, cut into thirds or quarters 30ml (2T) chopped onion30ml (2T) chopped capers125 ml (½c) sherrysalt and pepper125ml (½c) cream cheese60ml (4T) tangy mayonnaise30ml (2T) lemon juice2 cans (170g each) tuna in brine, flakedfresh parsley for garnishing, chopped125ml (½c) salted potato crisps, roughly crumbled (optional)
