In blob we trust

It’s all about the blob,” said the man sitting at the next table, tucking into a sausage bap. “The blob?” I asked, confused.

As I waited for him to finish his mouthful, I glanced out of the window at a panoramic view of Grafham Water, the third largest reservoir in England. It is 10 miles around, covering nearly 2,000 acres with rainbow trout-stocked water.
