    You’ll need

    Scrap pieces of leather (not too thick) Templates on opposite page (blow up when photocopying or trace for desired size) Ruler, pen or pencil Scissors Split rings (small and medium sizes) White embroidery thread Embroidery needle Pin nail and hammer Scrap piece of timber Snap fastener kit with tool Marker pen Hot glue or similar

    You can purchase small pieces of inexpensive scrap leather from craft and some haberdashery stores and use
