Stars’ Soapie Starts

Everyone’s gotta start somewhere. And for many actors – including Oscar and Emmy winners Brad Pitt, Julianne Moore and Bryan Cranston – that somewhere was soap operas. “There are derisive comments made about soap operas, and they’re not accurate,” Cranston says in the TV documentary The Story of Soaps. “You’re there to learn and bring as much honesty as you can, and it’s difficult.” Here, we take a look at some graduates of the school of soaps.
