The golden rules of WELLBEING

Wellbeing is a word that’s often bandied around in the world of meditation and green smoothies, but what does it actually mean? “The World Health Organisation definition is ‘complete physical, mental and social health’, which I think is a little unrealistic because ‘complete’ is a very strong. Instead, she prefers to think of wellbeing as “being able to engage with life in ways you want to. Being able to learn new things, feeling rested and feeling a good level of energy.” Her are her ideas on how to achieve that.
