Make no mistake about it, my partner Sophie loves our Bay as much as I do, arguably more so and insists I call ‘him’ by ‘his’ name, Jerry Can. But whenever we’ve been to the Latitude music festival in Southwold, Suffolk, Sophie’s had her way and we’ve glamped it up and stayed in the luxury Pod Pads. Free tea and coffee, showers and less people using the porta-loos are her winning arguments. But I’ve always been sad not taking the Bus to sleep in. After all, why sleep in an (admittedly posh) tent when you have a perfectly good Camper sitting at home?
