modernising a house with strong character requires a fine balance to retain elements and add new ones. That was certainly the case for Hunters Hill House, designed by architect Frank Cavalier in the 1960s and updated by Dieppe Design. Respecting Frank’s original design, Nora and Ed Dieppe maintained the distinctive character of the house, while creating lighter and brighter spaces for contemporary living.
