Italy’s Rino Mastrotto Group acquires Nuova Osba tannery
Rino Mastrotto Group (RMG) has acquired the Nuova Osba tannery. With this, RMG integrates calfskin and half-calves that Nuova Osba produces for footwear and leather goods, reports La Conceria.
“The acquisition of Nuova Osba is a sign of trust in a company that is a symbol of craftsmanship and made in Italy,” said Matteo Mastrotto, CEO and Head of the Fashion division of RMG. It will allow us to enrich the range of products for the footwear and leather goods sector, in line with the requests of the main customers who already work with the Rino Mastrotto Group.”
