‘Electricity, copper conductors and saltwater exist in a forced marriage’

Because I like the freedom that going to sea brings, I’m against banning things on boats. Sailing is about release, not restriction. Having said that, I did once ban someone who arrived for a sailing trip with a substantial hard suitcase, but he took it well and lived quite happily out of plastic bags for the entire trip. Oh, and wet bikes; I’d ban them but that’s another story.
