For Spring Carlisle, the show must go on

After two prior COVID-19-related postponements, pushing Spring Carlisle back from April to May and then to June, Carlisle Events opened the fairground gates to attendees on June 17. The same day, the Pennsylvania Department of Health filed suit against the company, accusing it of ignoring the 250-person-maximum rule then in place for public gatherings within the state.
