It’s hard to imagine Karl Powell’s Mini being any other way than as it is now. It’s full of street racer attitude, from the way it hunkers low over those wide Minilites, to the full rollcage, full list of trick ally bits, and even the moody Tweed Grey paint (which you can glimpse in the boot, under bonnet and the almost complete interior…). But it looked a little different when Karl first laid eyes on it around six years ago.
