t’s Sunday afternoon and I check in to my spacious two-person villa at Elements in Byron Bay, NSW. As I pull the soft white curtains back, I gasp: my home away from home is stunning. Light timber finishes in the kitchen, an airy back deck overlooking the rainforest, a fireplace, two big bathrooms, a freestanding bathtub and a plush king bed.
