CAMBRIDGE SALES ONLINE ONLY

With the Covid-19 lockdown continuing, all ‘live’ sales in the UK have stopped, but online is kicking off again. Cheffins staged the Cambridge Machinery ‘Live Parade’ auction on Monday, May 18, with viewing the day before by appointment. Static tractors, agricultural machinery plus spares were staged by online timed auction from 9am Friday, May 15 to noon on Tuesday, May 19.

Online vintage tractor sales have continued in the Netherlands and the US while other sales in the US and the UK have been rescheduled later in the year. The Netherlands sale produced excellent prices for County and the Ford 7810 Jubilee with a front loader, all in original condition with many bidders from the UK and ROI. Major auctioneers are looking ahead to more online with a possible ‘live’ start-up in the late autumn.
