SERVES 4
4 digestive biscuits
100g (3½oz) extra-light soft cheese
100g (3½oz) fat-free Greek-style yoghurt
a few drops of almond extract
1 small tin of cherries in juice
1 Get together some fancy long shot glasses if you have them, or swap them for ramekins. Crush the biscuits and line the bottom of each glass.
Mix together the cheese, yoghurt and almond extract. Before spooning the
