Spicy Peanut Lamb Chops with Sweet Potato and Asparagus

8 lamb loin chops
800g sweet potato, peeled, halved lengthways, cut into
1.5cm-thick pieces
2 bunches asparagus, trimmed, halved lengthways
Fresh parsley sprigs, to garnish
Greek yoghurt, to serve

MARINADE (1 CUP)

½ cup crunchy peanut butter¼ cup3 tsps sambal oelek2 tblsps lemon juice1 tblsp peanut oil
