We can’t afford to be complacent

New normal, unprecedented circumstances, challenging times, extraordinary times, working from home and social distancing are a few of the new terms that have become commonplace due to the Covid-19 coronavirus pandemic.

Now that we have moved to lockdown level 1 – thanks to the largely successful preventive measures that have reduced the number of new infections and prevented our health services from being overwhelmed – we need new terms to encourage ourselves not to let down our guard against this pandemic that is still
