Bonnie’s healthy rissoles
SERVES 4 PREP AND COOK TIME 20 MINUTES
500g lean beef mince
½ red onion, finely chopped or grated
1 small carrot, grated
½ zucchini, grated
1 tablespoon olive oil, plus extra for cooking salad, tomato chutney, for serving
