LETTER OF THE MONTH

My week on a plate — on the fridge!

Absolutely loving! Each week I sit down with the mag and plan the week’s menu, and then I go on the shopping expedition for the ingredients. The menu for the week is stuck onto the fridge, so my husband doesn’t have to keep asking me what’s for dinner! The other day he even told me I was a better cook than his Mum! I’m also loving the recipes that come to me via email. Today is menu planning day — so I’m off to the shops with my meal plan!
