The market for oven-ready plots is very competitive, as demand often outstrips supply. Risk-averse buyers prefer to pay the going rate for a good, uncomplicated plot that’s unlikely to carry hidden costs. This means that such plots command high prices, while those with obvious afflictions attract less interest, less competition and, as a consequence, better prices.
