    Dear Dr. Hamblin,

    During the holidays, I usually bake about six or seven family cookie recipes for a large collection of cookies on a festive tray. Because I make a lot, I always have extras and typically give a bag to our postal worker and a plate to our neighbors. Taking cookies to my family isn’t going to happen this year, as we will not travel, but I’m still making cookies and will have some to share. Is this a safe thing to do during a pandemic?
